The staff is very friendly. The vet & assistants had no problems calming my cats and handling them gently and with compassion (even though cats aren't always nice and agreeable). Prescriptions were filled on site and brought home with us. Would definitely recommend it to anyone in need of veterinary services. Dr. Otero and her staff are skilled, compassionate, and caring providers! We were in town for the holiday weekend and our son got a fish hook lodged in our dogs tongue. Not only did they answer on a Saturday at 830am (on a holiday weekend) but also they safely sedated our dog, expertly removed the hook, and woke him up so that he was comfortable and back at home by 10am.
